Security & Data Handling

Last Updated: July 2026

Security is a core consideration in how we design systems and how we treat the information you share with us. This page describes the engineering principles we apply and how we handle inquiry data. Specific technical standards for any delivered solution are defined together with each client as part of the engagement.

01

Security by Design

We treat security as an engineering requirement, not an afterthought. When we design integrations and software, we plan for encryption of data in transit and at rest, using established, industry-standard approaches appropriate to the client's environment and requirements.

The exact protocols, key management, and storage architecture for any given project are agreed with the client and documented as part of the technical design — rather than assumed or applied from a fixed template.

In Transit

Encryption planned for data moving between systems

At Rest

Encryption considered for stored data by design

02

Secure Integration Practices

Where we build APIs and integration layers, we favor established authentication approaches, scoped access, input validation, and rate limiting appropriate to the system being protected. The goal is to share only the data a workflow genuinely requires, and no more.

Authentication

Established auth approaches & scoped access

Endpoint Hardening

Input validation & rate limiting where applicable

03

Least Privilege & Data Minimization

We design around the principle of least privilege: systems exchange the minimum information required to complete a task, and sensitive data is isolated wherever practical. This limits exposure and keeps critical systems separated from lower-trust surfaces.

Access Model

Least privilege — minimal necessary access

Isolation

Sensitive data isolated where practical

Handling of Inquiry Data

Information you submit through this website — such as your name, corporate email, company, and the description of your operational challenge — is used only to evaluate your inquiry and to communicate with you regarding the requested engagement. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
