ANAMB Automations provides custom software development, API integration, middleware architecture, and workflow automation consulting. All project scopes, deliverables, and payment milestones will be outlined in a separate, legally binding Service Agreement signed by both parties.
Initial Discovery: The initial contact is a discovery conversation intended to understand your operational challenge and confirm the appropriate next step. It is not a full technical implementation.
Fees: Any fees for consultations, technical analysis, or engagements are communicated and agreed with you in advance. No charges are applied without your prior agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing in a specific client contract:
• All preliminary consulting materials, code frameworks, and proprietary methodologies utilized by ANAMB Automations remain the intellectual property of ANAMB Automations.
• Upon full and final payment of a custom project, the specific custom codebase generated for the client will be transferred to the client as outlined in their dedicated contract.
ANAMB Automations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data corruption, or system downtime) arising from the use of or inability to use our integrations or software.
